Laurie & John
Laurie and John are my clients from US, we never met in real, from the communication online, I can see that they own a small family company and they are an old couple who live with 9 cats .
They use the same email address, the difference is when Laurie writes, she would leave the signature of : Your friend, Laurie and John. When John writes, he would sign, Your friend, John and Laurie.
They don't often place order, when they do, they would surely ask for an estimate for cost, make sure every penny is in right use. Once they decide to do , they pay immediately.
The time there are no orders, they gave me some news, it snowed, their cat had some babies, postal card was sent to me on Christmas Day.
One time, Laurie placed an order, she made a mistake which caused much etra cost. She wrote me and tried to explain, she seemed lost her mind and got panic like a kid. Immediately I got the message of John, John repeatly explained that he sould be blamed, that's his fault, not Laurie's...I can see John got anxious too for this loss, but he was trying his best to get Laurie out of responsibility, to protect Laurie, even maybe he was not strong enough himself.
We didn't charge them the extra, what impressed me is how loving and caring they are to each other, supporting each other in the rest of life. I wish them best.
